Returns

All returns must be approved before mailing back to us. Please email GroomersWorldOrders@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for your return to be approved. All returns must be unused and in the original packaging. After your return has been approved please return to the following address.

ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR ORDER INVOICE IN WITH THE RETURN. If no invoice is provided this will delay returns significantly as we won't know you've returned the product.
